The other main business focus for Delexon is on Equipment. Delexon
aspires to be an OEM in time to come, and is constantly working towards
this goal in development of our own technology. Currently
we represent Mechatronic Systemtechnik GmbH within Asia market.
Mechatronic specializes in Thin Wafer Handling Automation systems which
is inline with our core business in automation, and we find a lot of
synergy partnering together. We are also into purchase
and sales of used tools. It is critical that we are able to provide a
full service for used tool, from sales to refurbishment, installation,
warranty, and service contract. Thus we have chosen to focus on AMAT and
KLA tools in this aspect. However, we do help our customers source for
other OEM tools as well with our wide network in the used tool market.
